When you exit the Welcome Center, the submarine Growler is on the right side of the pier. The submarine exhibition, A View From the Deep: The Submarine Growler and the Cold War, is in the tent that is between the submarine and the Welcome Center. The panel is on the wall of the tent. The title of the panel is “Into the Deep.”
